Recently, @the.timestamps shared a video on Instagram, detailing an unexpected hiccup during their visit to Singapore caused by issues with their AutoPass card. For those unfamiliar, the AutoPass functions akin to our Touch 'n Go, facilitating Vehicle Entry Permits for cars and motorcycles with foreign plates. It also serves to record the entry and exit of foreign vehicles into and out of the country.

Regrettably, for @the.timestamps, their video detailed an incident when they attempted to exit Singapore, only to encounter a problem with their card. In response, they promptly headed to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) office. To their astonishment, the LTA officer revealed an outstanding fee of SGD 2,700 (~RM9,508.81) for their car. The issue stemmed from the LTA system failing to record their entry and exit for the past four months, coinciding with their last visit to Singapore.
Despite their efforts, when they sought confirmation from LTA by consulting the immigration department, they were met with a roadblock. Both departments, it turns out, utilize different systems, and the database for their visit couldn't be authenticated.

Following a two-hour dispute with LTA officials, they were eventually pressured to settle the fine or face the possibility of their car being impounded. Perplexed by the situation, they couldn't fathom how one could successfully exit and enter Singapore if the Autopass card had issues. Expressing frustration, they pointed out the inconsistency in immigration officers' practices, noting that while some remind you to scan the card, others don't, expecting individuals to be aware of the procedure themselves.

Despite sending an appeal email to LTA regarding the system error, no response has been received even after three days. They are reaching out to anyone who views the video, seeking assistance on how to contact the relevant authorities to address this matter and would greatly appreciate any help.

The family has no idea when &ldquo;Ah Long&rdquo; began contacting Yi Xuan or the nature of their relationship. The lack of transparency has only deepened fears that the teenager may have been manipulated or lured away.
Phones Switched Off and a Home Left Empty
After Yi Xuan&rsquo;s disappearance on 28 April, the family attempted to contact both her and &ldquo;Ah Long&rdquo; by phone. Neither responded, and both devices have remained switched off since. In desperation, Su went to &ldquo;Ah Long&rsquo;s&rdquo; known residence, only to find that the premises appeared abandoned.
&ldquo;My family and I have searched everywhere she usually goes &mdash; parks, caf&eacute;s, and hangouts she likes. We even received a tip that someone saw a girl matching her description in Yong Peng, and we rushed there, but so far we&rsquo;ve found nothing,&rdquo; said Su.
A Family Desperate for Answers
Yi Xuan&rsquo;s sudden silence, her connection to a mysterious older man, and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance have left her family deeply worried and emotionally drained. Her mother expressed frustration over the lack of leads and the fear that something sinister may have happened.
&ldquo;She didn&rsquo;t leave any messages. No clues. She just vanished,&rdquo; Su said, holding back tears. &ldquo;We are so afraid for her. If anyone has seen her or knows anything, we just want her home safe.&rdquo;
