Starting today, 9 August 2021, all Road Transport Department (JPJ) services at Pos Malaysia will resume in full effect.

Based on a statement made on August 7, Pos Malaysia has stated that all renewal services in regard to road tax and driving license will be made available. However, it will be on an online appointment basis only in order to prevent overcrowding during the pandemic.

A customer is only allowed to book one slot per day and perform a maximum of three transactions per appointment.

You can now easily book an appointment online via the Outlet Finder feature on www.pos.com.my or the Pos Malaysia mobile app starting from August 8 2021. It can easily be done by selecting state > post office branch > click on the link provided.
