The Information Technology (IT) team plays a key role in providing business enablement throughout ResMed. We are focused on application, infrastructure, and user productivity solutions, with innovation, efficiency and security. Our goal is providing customer oriented agile delivery, effective business partnership and state-of-the-art technology solutions.

Let’s talk about the team and you:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customer base, sales representatives, and consumers. Within a performance driven environment you will support a variety of service programs designed to put the customer first.
An internship with Customer Service department would provide you exposure to how we structure our customer service teams to deliver world class products and service to our customers. You will be exposed to our products, sales and distribution process, marketing campaigns and after sales support process for our international markets. 

Let's talk about Responsibilities:
Provide support for order, returns and registration requests from customers, by fax or emails
Respond to inquiries in a manner which meets high quality, productivity and other performance standard in accordance with company requirements and customer needs
Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines. Inform supervision/management of all unresolved complaints
Document customer transactions accurately in Oracle, Salesforce.com and other systems. Ensure pricing approval process is supported and works in compliance to Customer Service policies and procedures.
Provide support for special projects as needed.

• Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented. 
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Possess a customer-centric commitment to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem solving and organizational skills.
• Display energetic, self-motivated and quick thinking with positive attitude.
• Undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies is preferable. SPM or an equivalent High School Diploma is accepted.
