According to their post, the driver attempted to physically assault one of them, kicking at a cyclist during the roadside argument.

In what appeared to be an attempt to seek public support and prompt disciplinary action, the cyclists shared the driver&rsquo;s full name, bus registration plate, and employee ID on social media platforms. In one especially harrowing incident on 2 July 2024, Webb persuaded her to attempt suicide via a 44-minute video call. She passed out during the attempt, but survived. Upon regaining consciousness, Webb coldly instructed her to try again.
